1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

🔹 Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs 200 (Free delivery On the Order Above 4999/-)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. Additional charges may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email, allowing you to track your package in real time.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make a second attempt.
  • If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
