  • The return request is made within 10 days of receiving the product.

🔹 Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor variations in product appearance due to lighting or display differences.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Earphones, headphones, and other personal accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Opened or used items that are not defective.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

🔹 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations
